Wife and I have been thinking of Kayak's for a month or so. We live in Vancouver, WA. What caught my attention is that you are fishing the Willamette. I have thought about kayak fishing for Salmon, Sturgeon... on the Columbia. Weather, experience level and other factors involved before venturing out on that body of water.
